App refers to the Testify application, including all updates, features, content, and services provided through it.
User Content refers to any testimony, text, images, audio, video, comments, or other materials submitted by users.
Services refers to any features, functionality, or services provided through the App.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.
No rights are granted to you other than those expressly stated in this Agreement.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
You retain ownership of the User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify your content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the App.
You agree not to post User Content that:
Testify is a faith-based platform intended to allow users to share personal testimonies and spiritual experiences. Views expressed by users do not necessarily reflect the views of the Company. The Company does not guarantee theological accuracy or endorsement of any specific doctrine.
The Company reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, moderate, remove, or restrict access to User Content at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of this Agreement or applicable law.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to software, design, logos, trademarks (including the Testify name and logo), and proprietary content, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not use Company trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to such data practices.
The App may integrate or link to third-party services (such as authentication providers, analytics, or hosting services). The Company is not responsible for third-party services or their content, and your use of such services is subject to their respective terms.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without notice, if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination, your license to use the App will cease, and you must stop all use of the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
