Store Policies

Because every item is printed just for you, orders go through a short production stage before they ship. Typical production time is 2–7 business days, after which your order is handed to the carrier. Delivery time then depends on your location and the shipping method available for the product.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. We ship worldwide wherever our print partner can fulfill. Once your order ships, a tracking link is emailed to you and shown on your order confirmation.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or events outside our control. Any import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Each product is custom made to order, so we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, an incorrect size chosen at checkout, or simply changing your mind. Please review product details and sizing carefully before ordering.

We will gladly arrange a free replacement or a refund if your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@testifyapp.org with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.

Orders move into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at support@testifyapp.org. We can usually accommodate changes only before the item enters production; once production has begun, the order can no longer be changed or canceled.

Payments are processed securely through PayPal — you can pay with your PayPal balance or a debit/credit card; we never see or store your card details. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).

The price you pay at checkout is the product price plus shipping, and any applicable sales tax, all shown before you confirm payment. Prices and availability may change at any time.
